We will be exploring a variety of geological areas through the alpine lakes and meadows. Tracker Hacker Adventure - rated Moderate
Join us to explore the natural habitants of the central Kootenays through animal tracking! There will be a wealth of information and tracking experience using hands on equipment, meandering through the back-country, along streams and through valleys. The first night is spent at Base Camp and the following night will be a camp out. Believe me, there will be a lot of stories to tell around the campfire.

Hey, moms and daughters, aunties and nieces, grandmas and granddaughters, take time to spend precious moments with each other on this exciting three day adventure tour. Geared towards all generations, do come and experience a combination of low impact hiking, beach barbeques, and kayaking* with each night spent at Base Camp, a beautiful 4000 square foot authentic log home. Evenings will present itself with campfires, sing-a-longs and story-telling.

* youths must be twelve(12) years of age to be in two person sea kayaks

Cruisin' Susan (kayaks and more!) - rated Moderate
Let’s give those muscles a workout and while we are at it, we can include that cardio-vascular area as well. This three day adventure will start “cruisin’ with Susan” across the east and south end of the pictorial Creston valley. From there we go cruisin’ over the waterways of the Kootenay River and onto Kootenay Lake. Camping overnight on the shoreline will insure that we see the most spectacular sunset over the mountains. The next morning, we are off on an incredible hike into the backcountry for the day but return in good time to enjoy a gourmet barbeque on the Lake and a campfire so that the story telling can begin! Day three and final day of ”cruisin’ with Susan” will be bicycling to the south end of the Kootenay lake where our chariot awaits us. We will then be transported to Base Camp where we relax and indulge in a therapeutic massage. Can life get any better than this?
